Turn-Around Time

Every effort is made to complete your project as soon as possible, we typically can promise a turn-around of five working days. However, if it must be rushed, we can do so at an additional cost. All numbers refer to the number of days it ships after we receive it. We must be notified in advance of all your needs. Advanced notice applies even to the 5 day turn-around, if that schedule is imperative.

*5 business days is not guaranteed. Especially if your project is large, requires proofing, or is submitted incomplete. If you do need it done in 5 days it helps to tell us that. We can often make sure it happens or at least give you a more realistic estimate (if, for example, your order is too large for that turn-around) if you talk with us.

Important: rushing a job limits your/our control!! Lesser quality can result with rushed orders. By choosing a rushed schedule, you take responsibility for that.
Things that might delay an order include:

Failing to provide a credit card#. If we are unable to get a hold of you, and you requested that your card number be given over the phone, your order will be delayed. We cannot ship orders until they are paid for. Call in your card number soon after placing the order to avoid this, we are here M-F 8:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. Mountain Standard time.
You purchase a printed proof prior to having us print the order. In this case you must wait for the print and approve it before we print. In this case, however, since most of the prep work has been completed, we can usually print it in one day after approval.
Special orders may take time to get the media in.
If you ask for a large print run (over 15 prints or copies of prints), it may take a day longer. This process is not only the best quality, but also takes considerable time to acheive that quality.
If we are scanning in the art/film, it may take a day longer, but usually doesn't.
