The Stock Solution now offers 90-minutes scanning on the award-winning Imacon Flextight II Scanner. We guarantee our scans to exceed the quality of any scan you are now receiving or your money back. Our standard service is: SCAN-50MB: Up to 50 megabytes RGB scan to your disk: $19.00 DESCRIPTION: 90-minutes service must be scheduled in advance, otherwise our typical turn around is 48-hours. Scans can be from any size color transparency or negative up to 4"x5", or any print up to 8" x 10". Price includes up to 5 minutes of spotting. Additional spotting and retouching at your request is $.70/minute. Scanned files are written to your Zip disk (100MB)or Jaz (1GB). LARGER SCANS We can also produce larger scans at your request: SCAN-100MB: Up to 100 megabyte RGB scan to your disk: $24.00 (includes up to 10 minutes of spotting) SCAN-150MB: Up to 150 megabytes RGB scan to your disk: $29.00 (includes up to 15 minutes of spotting) Scans over 150MB are an extra $10 for each 50MB over 150MB. SCANNING LARGE, ORIGINAL ART PIECES We can digitally scan large art pieces (unframed) up to 30" x 40" using a professional digital camera. This eliminates the copy transparency or negative step, saving money and produces scans more accurately matching your original. Typical turn around is 72 hours. Bulldog Ultra $2.00/sq. ft. Shipping and Handling Shipping We generally ship UPS Ground, unless otherwise specified. Next-Day, 2nd Day, and 3-Day Select are also available, as is FedEx. If you want it shipped FedEx, it helps if you provide your account number. We assess our cost of shipping and add it to your invoice. Handling We strive to insure that your artwork is fully protected in transit. That time and material is assessed in this manner. Tubes - prints rolled in tissue paper, image side in. Even on thinner stock, tubes will only hold 4 or so prints. Shipping Time PROOFING: We will try to match any proof or print you send to us, within reasonable allowances for differences between dyes, pigments and media profiles. For critical fine art reproduction printing, "proof" prints are needed to help the artist determine that color and tones match the original art. Many giclée publishers charge a flat up-front fee ($200 - $250) for this proofing process. It is possible for us to eliminate some of this pre-production expense through our "progressive proof process". Whenever you need to have us make a large print, have us "proof" it at a smaller size. For instance, if your final need is a 30" x 40" print, have us make a smaller test or proof print, i.e. an 11" x 14" print. If you need additional changes, you can order additional 11" x 14" proof prints at the "2nd" (2 - 4) print price -- until you are satisfied with the results. Once we receive your approval, we'll make your full size print at the "first" print price.
